PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. Aerotech Czech s.r.o., registered office at: Dr. Sedláka 763, 339 01 Klatovy, ID No.: 26399407, as a personal data controller pursuant, based on “Article 26” of the Regulation. Furthermore, processes the following personal data, in case of your demand for services, within the meaning of Regulation of the European Parliament, and of the Council (EU), on the protection of natural persons, with regard to the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), formerly also referred to as the “Regulation”; the following personal data:
– name, and surname,
– email address,
– phone number,
– the text of the message,

2. Your name, surname, email address, and telephone number must be processed in order to create an offer of services, to negotiate this offer, or to respond to your question. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by Aerotech Czech s.r.o. for the duration of the contract negotiations, between you, and Aerotech Czech s.r.o., for a maximum of 1 year from your enquiry, unless you give your consent to further processing.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by the administrator; however, personal data may be processed for the administrator by another sub-provider, processing software, service or application, which is not currently used by the administrator.

4. Please note, that under the „Data Protection Act“ you have the right to:
– request an information from us, what a personal data we process, or request a copy of these personal data,
– request an explanation from us, regarding the processing of personal data,
– request access to this data from us, and have it updated or corrected,
– require us to delete this personal data. However, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations, and will only be carried out if the interests of the joint administrators do not override your privacy interests,
– in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations, related to the processing of personal data, to contact us, or the Office for Personal Data Protection or the court.
